Yea; between late last nite during a $109 30k gtd tourney and this morning, i lost $900. Sux- played hu plo last nite and got deep vs a maniac aggro lucksack and he happened to reraise preflop and hit a gutshot on the turn when I decided to bluff since before he hadn't reraise once without Aces. So yea, it would have been tough call without set or straight, but w/e. Ran atrocious this morning i'll post some hh- 6max 50/1 and 1/2. I sent bak the $1300 b/c when I run bad I wunt to drop down until I run good and don't want ot be tempted to continue playing 50/1 yet. Can't wait till I get my rb- that will boost my roll by 1/3. I"ll prob grind the 25/50 6max later today but i have a fckload of studying to do; fuckin beginning of this month is retarded. Oddly enough I ran bad at the 50/1 but did well at the 1/2.
Roll- $1300
$ Away from goal this month- $4000
*on a side note, doubling this original buyin in 3 days is no thing to bitch about, so I won't
I'll now post some hand histories on pokerhand.org since it's crowding up my blog some and easier on the eyes...
*My first thought was to call here for set value (to the original raise) since I felt uncomfortable about my hand for some reason. When a guy reraised fairly large, and the originally UTG raiser flatcalled. I put both of them on like AQ or AK, and the UTG raiser I think would have called JJ preflop but folded to a shove. With so much dead $ out there and fold equity, I shoved, and AKsuited snapcalled, which now that I think about it wuz probably neutral EV to do so against my range.

*This guy put me to the test on the flop, so I decided to call once and pretty much shut down, since I don’t think he would bluff without an A on any further streets.

*This hand this guy overcalled preflop and then bet the flop; with all the dead $ I jus decided to shove, putting the guy on a hand like 88 where my hand wuz fav or suited connectors, in which case I had his draw screwed. Lots of FE with shoving here, and tons of dead $ in pot.

*Good trap play here, this guy jus got coolered. My shoving range on this flop is a lot of draws, and he wuz fairly committed vs that range. I thought about 4betting preflop, but then I decided more likely he had like QQ or AK than KK, and QQ and AK from a good player prob fold.

*This hand puzzled me entirely. This guy bet all 3 streets and overplayed aces. I made a rele terrible read since we were deep, I figured this wuz J or absolutely nothing. Anything else I figured would play a bit more passively. This guy massively overplayed his AA and got lucky I made a bad read; I feast off of people who do this normally and have no pot control, even 200BB deep.

*This guy took a stupid weird line wit h his QQ by leading turn. I flatcalled jus b/c we were deep and his line looked like set. He made a stupid blocking bet on the river, I made a big raise, and he made a dumb lucky call. Most of the time, I will have a straight there. I figure set makes a bigger riv bet or a c/c, but not a little bitch blocking bet.

*His hand looked like a squeeze so I shoved, figuring he couldn’t call with almost any hands. Bad shove- started my tilt. It’s ridiculous how many times people were in squeezing positions with like 1 or 2 calls ahead of them after a raise and happened to have a monster when they repopped…
