Today wuz a great day- took a shot at $2/4 nl hu (I KNOW BUT I HAD TO- vs whahahahah or w/e he's a fuckin donkshit. He lucksacked on me for a while, then I bought in full when He wuz up ~$400 on me. I wuz tilted on the inside but played sick solid. Jus had the right reads (shoving in set on drawy flop vs a c/r instead of calling and shoving safe turn becuz action-killing cards) and flatcalling a preflop reraise when we're ~200BB deep after him 3betting me sickly light with AA, and sticking it in on flop vs his OESD. I swaer this guys a fuckin spewtard, especialy vs me. We used to have a ridic overaggro history, where we both had FPS (fancy play syndrome) at 2/4hu nl and 1/2 hu, and he would always leave after losing one BI! haha and this guy is a hu coach; on his blog he charges $100/hour and first lesson is free! LMAO IF HE CANT EVEN BEAT A RECREATIONAL PLAYER! "Whahahahaha!" PT stats for nlhe: 1386 hands in 2 hour session, won $1251 at 29BB/100, ran at 25/21/4.05. I've noticed a little trend that my AF is goin up a bit more but I'm still playing rele solid and great now at assigning hand ranges to opponents. I'm ready to run well for a few more days and get to $4500 or $5k so I can move bak up to $1/$2nl where I belong; duno y I become RELE loose at 1/2 nl as opposed to .25/.50 and .50/1- like opening 78o UTG and crap... people have such high VPIPs there I should play a bit more solid... Hands:
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105915 The big hand I played to perfection where he finally quit me and I finished ~$800 up on that donkcrap. BIG COMEBACK fck u donk
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105920 Jus had the feeling here at the last minute he had 97, so I 3bet the flop to about 3x his c/r amount (std) instead of flatcalling, jus becuz SO many turn cards could hit that could kill my action if he had flopped two pair/a9. This guy is stupid enough to take a9 or k9 to the felt here on this flop hu...
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105923 He played his hand fine I had been reraising a LOT (NEVER light always pickin up hands in the last half hour! haha and sucked out on his AA... sorta sick- he SNAPSHOVEd turn i NEVER expected him to have AA... I liked the way he played it jus got coolered; I had been cbetting flop oop vs him ( he had been flatcaling me a LOT in position preflop and post), and I bet flop and then checked turn to him, where he would be overaggro with marginal hands or float me in position... jus played perfect against him on all the other hands it built up to frustration.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105931 I wuz sort of scared money jus b/c this guy wuz a lucksack and I wuz way over my head with the bankroll at this limit; played this hand great (WA/WB). Scary flop but I had to call; had to call turn expecting him to bet AK with a of hearts or with air or somethin even. He checked riv, and I felt I wouldn't get called by a hand that I beat if I bet or valueshoved river, so i checked back; he hit a decent flop but played his hand fairly poor IMO... reriasing preflop 89o haha this guys nutso http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105931
Still trying to comprehend this hand hu at $1/$2 nl vs this idiot... glad I finally got his stack he wuz runnin good against me for a while... wtf@ his flop call and turn play? lol http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105940
Example of lindermaniac bein a true maniac (flatcalling flop is ok), but potting turn in position when checked to and then calling my c/rai with 3rd pair? Uh... yea... lolhttp://www.pokerhand.org/?1105941
LOL @ him lucksacking by calling a preflop reraise with j9s 50BB deep after I had been playing ubersolid. Couldn't fold this flop; stacked him later so FCK him! :) http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105943
http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105950 Shoulda c/rai on turn vs him here but didn't think there wuz that much FE cuz he calls EVERYTHING... played this hand a bit scared; LOL @ his hand and turn bet where that turn CRUSHED my range!!! :) hahaha, or should I say "whahahahah" lol I will be making that joke every time I bust him when we play in this blog
Hand that RELE pissed me off... uh wut is he thinking? Is he getting called by a worse hand by shoving in this much into this small of a pot... does a reraise to $40 and then fold not do the same...? Standard lucksack early in the session hits his 3 outs to scoophttp://www.pokerhand.org/?1105953
Jus couldn't call here vs him; his hand looked like defensive bet with AK (maybe even AQ cuz he's an idiot) or JQ; this board wuz ridic drawy... I couldn't call this turn but I think flatcalling flop is good with position, considering he will check most turns so I can call one bet of $56 to possibly win his whole stack cuz he's a payoff wiz. http://www.pokerhand.org/?1105955
So great session today in conclusion; playin great and runnin better now- I will certainly stay at .50/1 and take an OCCASIONAL shot, but not at $2/4 nlhu again jus cuz such ridic variance, even vs this idiot. I'll ask him to move to $1/$2 and we'll play with a full BI, maybe even at $.50/$1. LOL at the thought tho of him being a coach; I wished he coached all hu players I would be RIIIIICH. On a side note, small epiphony: life has such ridic sick variance, as well as poker. One has to learn to cut their losses effectively while continue working on success when doing well; maximizing the good and minimizing the bad is crucial in poker as well as life. It's rele strange- jus never lose hope IMO or confidence b/c the day will come for you, and when it does, it will even out the losses and make the good even sweeter, and you'll feel all the better about going through the bad so you can learn from your mistakes and appreciate things, rather than saying "owe, I'm OWED that." Nobody owes you shit; in my case I'm in a middle class family with parents who are supportive, have great educational opportunities, and have good friends supporting me. Who gives a FCK if I run bad two days; i still have a roll and ran good before, and it will all end. TAKE THE BAD WITH TEH GOOD :) Sry for rant haha.
